Our normal delivery time is 2 to 7 weekdays after we have received your order, depending on stock availability. During busy periods (e.g., holidays or major campaigns like Black Week), delivery may take slightly longer.

Packages are delivered together with other mail on regular PostNord delivery days.

Parcels that are too large to fit in your mailbox will be delivered outside your door or to your nearest delivery point.

You will receive an SMS notification if your package does not fit in the mailbox. Please make sure to provide the correct mobile number when placing your order.

For shipments, you will need to present your parcel number/shipment ID along with valid identification when picking up your package from a delivery point.

Packages will be held at delivery points for 7 days before being returned to us.
